Someone tested how talisman of ephemeral power and ZHC work together ? I heard you can't use them at the same time but would it be good in a situation to have them both and alternate their use ?

You can pop both of them if you time it right, depends a lot on your latency. The standard macro wasn't working for me. Equipping both an alternating them on trash is pretty good. Most boss fights you'll probably only want one of them unless you're fighting Chromaggus to maximize vulnerabilities.

Just as a warning, we do not allow the use of macros to use items that are intended to be on the same cooldown. The design intention is that you couldn't use both trinkets at the same time and that is our approach - even if you could technically use both trinkets through exploiting the server latency.

Even though you can trigger both the ZHC and TOEP trinket with a macro, Nostalrius has made it so only one of the trinkets affect your spell power. No point!
