Frost Nova / Frostbite effect is very likely to break on the first instance of damage.

But your frost bolt may also re-freeze if talented. If it didn't freeze it, cone of the cold it too. High crit chance for all frost spells. Then cold snap, frost nova, frost bolt cone of cold again.

Can drop people / mobs quickly with a cold snap involved. Shatter spec was fun to play in zg/aq20 and 5 man instances.
