Is the next patch buffing these?

With patch 1.4/ 1.5 and the stat changes to some items, I'm having a hard time figuring out which pre-raid BiS items to farm now because in a few weeks/ months they wont be BiS anymore. Some items that immediately come to mind: Sublime Wristguards (DM N), Spellweaver's Turbin (UBRS), Diana's Pearl Necklace (strat live), and Ban'thok Sash (BRD).
Are these items being buffed next patch?

You shouldn't farm turban or Diana's on the PvE realm because they aren't even in game until 1.9.

It's 1.10, the patch between AQ and Naxxramas that updated dungeon items and added these two to the loot table.

I reckon Ban'thok Sash stays green and useless until 1.10, too.
