No need to report, or bump forum threads. They know about everything that's going on in the servers they just didn't an official statement about it.
So we just have to wait 'till they fix it, and i don't think i'll take them 2months like on PvP server, cause they dealt with the same problem before. or i hope so.

Thank you for this. As far as bumping threads, we (as in PvE server players) have had tickets/bugtrackers/threads opened for over a week and none have been responded to. This tweet is the only response I've seen on this issue, and I'm sure this is the first for many since I spoke to some officers in other multiple other top level guilds as of yesterday and they had still had no insight on whether this was going to fixed or was being worked on.

A simple "we're working on it" such as that would have stopped all the thread bumping, in-game tickets, bugtracker reports had it been put out when the issue was first reported. To us it just felt as if we were being ignored, since we got no responses, which is why we kept bumping threads.

I heard server was taken down this morning for an attempted fix? What did it fix? doesnt seem to have fixed anything?

Quick version: No DM Loot was added, but the server reverted back to patch 1.0 rather than patch 1.2 itemization. They brought down the server to fix it. The server is back up in the same state as it was before any maintenance (how it was yesterday). DM loot will be added next Wednsday during maintenance, hopefully.

If u want to fix something be at least honest u are going to release it later. Statements like these ruin the server
