Client is Auto-Updating when Logged In

I seem to connect and log on fine but then my client begins to auto-update straight away.

Any help on how to fix this? I downloaded the client from the torrent link so I think it may be different to the Nost one.

Yeah I had this problem when I was first trying to find a client. One of them kept updating. I think the simplest solution would be to download a new client, although I'm sure there must be a way to stop the client from downloading.
