I've been playing here for months but today "disconnected from server" all day long ... go figure.

When I tried to log in yesterday it said 'Unable to connect' & 'This account has been banned etc etc'
The forums say it's probably just an IP ban which shouldn't last longer than 15 minutes, but I've been banned for over a day now lol, firewall isn't blocking, I am running it as admin and I am not making any spelling mistakes in my account name/password, also I've reinstalled the game twice now.
Any fixes?

https://gyazo.com/2b0a265197607a5a97e8694ac743a484I've made a previous ticket in which I've got a response from a GM where he told me that my account is NOT banned and the issue is on my side. I've reinstalled the game three times by now, on the last time I've deleted EVERY file that had something to do with WoW, restarted my PC, downloaded and installed the game, yet I get the same message again, my firewall isn't blocking the game, I am not making any spelling errors, I simply have no freaking clue what to do. The temp. ban shouldn't last longer than 15 minutes, as stated on the forums, mine's taking a week now.
Please, help me out..

Connection problem with my account.
I selected a test server to see out of curiosity. therefore unable to connect, but also impossible to select another realm recuperated for my characters. HELP
