Personally I think shouldn't be forbidden trading your own gold between different factions characters for the main reason that it wasn't forbidden itself on the retail.
And in some way it's not free since you contribute anyway (although very indirectly) to the function of the AH, in appearance since that gold is curtailed of 15% as fees, in order to allow the exchange.
Better to wait for a definitive answer anyway.

You are allowed to send gold between two characters on different factions that you play. Do note that large sums are obviously suspicious and will be investigated, in which case your account could be temporarily suspended while the investigation is on-going.

Will it help if i record the transactions everytime i transfer gold?

I think that any transaction that you do like this should be recorded. This way you can prove that everything is done "legit" and only to transfer gold from 1 character to another on your behalf.
But still, people can send these screenshots from one to another and still LIE about it.
But any prove is good to have, along with IP addresses.
