Lost item due to rollback

I just dropped a blue ring from Venture Co.Geologist called The Queens Jewel, and 3seconds later the server disconnected and I log back in and I have no ring.


Is there a way a dev can look into this, I'm sure many people have lost their items due to rollbacks multiple times a day.

Unfortunately we do not restore lost items, regardless of the reason for it. The only exception are raid level epics.
