Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, today i logged into my character and realised that both me, and my targets name were missing above the health bar in the blizzard UI Party+Target frame. I have tried deleting my WTF, running as admin and taken off all addons without any results. Can some1 tell me how to fix this problem?

Where is your World of Warcraft folder located? And check if the filepath fellow exist.
