when i log into https://en.nostalrius.org/account

it says

HELLO QUILLLY!
You are banned until July 24th 2015 19:32:12 PM

which has passed, can I be unbanned now.

char name is Kloxxy.

If your account's ban date was the day you were banned, that's a permanent ban. I doubt you will be unbanned if your ban reason disallows you from appealing.

Well if you weren't hacking, botting, selling gold, or any sanction that can cause a permanent ban inside the Terms of Use... I believe you can send an appeal in a PM to Raazi or Igen.

The account was permanently banned for using an Anti-AFK bot in AV.
