I played fine yesterday. Then, suddenly, today, I keep getting 'Disconnected from Server' when I try to login. I have tried with 4 different accounts. I reinstalled the Vanilla client (from the download link). I have no addons. I just tried going through VPN as well ... no dice! Can anyone give me some advice or help?

I'm currently having a similar Issue, except I'm not able to get on at all.
I'm not new to doing this so i'm not exactly sure where the problem could be.
DL WoW Classic: Check
DL Patch 1.12.0 > 1.12.1: Check
Register Account and Confirm E-mail: Check
Set Realmlist:set realmlist login.nostalrius.org (and tried) set realmlist login2.nostalrius.org : Check
Also deleted WDB folder on game launch per recommendation in the "Beginners Guide"
Unable to Connect.

No third party applications / no addons. Nothing.

I'm also getting the same error. I played for about 6 hours straight last night, but now my account seems to have vanished? My friends say the character I was playing on isn't even on their friends list anymore. My account was validated and everything. Any ideas?
