Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi everyone!

Just want to first off say that I've had a lot of fun so far. So far I've had very few issues, but my buddy has not been able to log onto the PvP server. The issue we've run into is a little weird and I haven't seen it described in the FAQ. He can connect to the PvE server with no problems whatsoever, but when he tries to connect to the PvP server it immediately shoots him back to the realm list. We've tried everything in the FAQ, including installing the Mac client on his macbook and he runs into the exact same problem.

Any help would be appreciated!

Update:

He can connect but only through a vpn. It's technically working, but connecting through the vpn adds a lot of extra lag especially already coming from California. Any help would be appreciated!
