How to add system messages to a new chat window?

Hello everyone,

The default chat window shows the system messages.
But I would like to create a new chat window and to put only system messages in it.
In the TBC expansion that's easy to do but I can't do it in Vanilla WoW.
I can't click on the System messages option, the chat menu includes them in the options, but they are not selectable.

Is there any way to add system messages to a new chat window?

No. Use the old chat window to only show System messages while your new chat window shows everything else. There are addons that allow you to move every element of the UI as much as you want.

But maybe there is an addon capable to do what I need?
I guess the addons can't do that either but just want to make sure.
