Combo pt bug when switching targets

No i don't mean you don't keep your combo pts when attacking a dif target like how WoD is. If you literally look at anything be it friendly or enemy you lose ur combo pts. idk if this is a pre1.12 feature but im 100% sure it wasnt like this in 1.12.

its vanilla style
thats when rogues use focus or mouseover makros to blind/sap or w/e
