Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

For quest "Nothing But The Truth" quest item "Deepstrider Tumor" doesn't seem to be dropping from the mob "Dreaming Whelp". I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same difficulties or if the quest item just has a very low drop rate.
