Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

i swapped to the test realm by accident today and now i can't log back in even to change my realm back to Nostalrius begins. I just keep getting instantly disconnected

Delete your WTF folder

(Edit this will also delete your character data such as keybindings but it will fix your problem)

You may be able to hit Enter quickly as soon as you see Success and change the Realm to Nostalrius Begins.

or

Modify realmlist.wtf to look exactly like this:
