the Fishing is bug it dosend really work alote of the time and it is just hard.

Fishing IS hard when you first start out. best to fish in the water holes in your factions main cities, and use a bauble or nightcrawler to add additional points to your finishing stat. once you get around 25 or 50 things get much easier
