Alterac Valley on Nost

anyone know when AV is being released / if it is going to be?
Was a hardcore pvper back in 2006 and this was my favourite aspect of the game.

In 1.8, Blizzard made it so players are added to AV one at a time. So if alliance has 19 players, the horde can only load in 19 players until the alliance gets a 20th. (The only way 40v20 discrepancies are created is if 20 people leave, the other faction already had 40, and nobody else joins.)
