Yes you can, older versions.

Regarding rank caps, apparently there are NO limitation to the number of rank one can reach in one week, BUT there are still RP level caps anyway. See http://www.wowwiki.com/Honor_system_%28 ... ormulas%29

Inspect honor data is wrong for some reason. It shows rank progress to be 1.57% for every rank 4 person I inspect and it's affecting the data on RealmPlayers too.


Also RP level caps are not the reason we're not seeing anybody past r4. Max weekly RP is 13k for WS 1, translating to rank 4 with 60% progress on week 1, which Illidan has. In fact, the level caps don't currently work.
