Rebanning them won't do any good if they're logged with the amount of honor they have this week.
You see the missing standings? That's them, with the honor they got banned with last week. Miraculously they have the same honor this week, with no decay and no games played what so ever. Banning them will still save their honor for this week. The only solution to this is a reset on their honor for this week.
The "permenantly banned" players got a free 1 million honor for no games played. This must be the real win-trading they originally got banned for...
