For what it's worth, there was already a topic in the suggestions forums about removing multiqueue. There's just zero community support in favor of it outside of maybe one or two people iirc.

PvP crowds just way different from what it used to be.

Naw I get that it's a lot more detailed than what I put up, but I'm sayin if people didn't want/care for a soft fix for dodging like removing multiqueue, I doubt your hard fix would pick up much attention. :\
