STRATEGY FOR ALLIANCE: Don't attack any Horde, get bunkers and last boss.

How to get boring, hour long games, strategy for everyone: Alliance turtle everything, Horde try to get past but to no avail. Repeat ad nauseam.

I love these threads. You suggest rushing for gear, for rep, for rank, then when you get it all, you start complaining about slow content release cause you got everything faster than devs can release more content.

Is it really more fun for people to rush and do nothing but PvE in a BG? I have more fun killing people...

Problem that I've seen is that there are always Horde camping the choke point to slow/stop the alliance advance. So after those people on the alliance die, they are spawned back at Stonehearth where the Horde are near and the turtling begins. So if you want to point fingers here, tell your fellow Hordies to stop camping tower point area so we can all enjoy quick games, thanks.

idd this pretty much most of the time alliance turtles after being pushed back. the horde has a pretty good bottleneck mid just like allies got it at their bridge. Allies from the start try to go south but many get rekt and respawn at hs.
and at some point horde keeps pressure so alliance have no choice but to fight back. turtling isnt only one side. if the allance is turtling horde could jsut go somewhere and let them pass. Tho i dont like many of these rush and ignore the horde/alliance races as the op said. many wont stick to it and thatts another reason why it often fails. funy thing is i say the same in avs but idiots always say im encouraging people to turtle or defending turtling while its not true. -oldmangeorge (appearently to some people an notourious turtler lol.)

^^ Pretty much this- I'm an alliance- so I might be biased. But EVERY GAME the alliance charges through the Horde's bottleneck, and if not enough get through to FWGY- the game becomes a turtle fest. Honestly the turtles start on the Horde's site 80% of the time. It's pretty much impossible to rally your whole team as alliance to make another charge once the first fails.

aye most ally bridge turtles i have seen started from the field of strife because the horde wouldnt let go of their bottleneck. after that the allies often get pushed back. if they get pushed back to the bridge then its a turtle for sure. i dont encourage turtling, but sometimes its hard to avoid. yet some people like to blame me for turtles xD
