Discussion on why horde pugs crush ally pugs

This is not rage thread but a discussion thread.

Just played a game, started off normally ally 3 caps st gm bs. at about the 700 resource mark horde 4 caps all but BS. then proceed to assualt BS with mages peeling the graveyard and bridges out of BS. either warlock or mage at all the other nodes, undead of course. was definately not premade i just dont understand whats different about horde that they can actually get people to listen to each other via chatbox. and get people to stay on bases defending, have people controlling graveyards and exit points and pressuring for 5cap base.
my thoughts:

high amount of vurtne mages who know what to do to win.

High undead which can often mean the difference between a cap and a non cap

Ive noticed a lack of healers on horde side, and often a lack of dps on ally side. Sometimes we get no warriors but get like 5 healer priests and paladins and a couple ret paladins. if horde do get a healer or two it makes them much stronger.

Higher amount of high rank puggers on horde than ally. we will get a few r10's or 11's maybe occasionally 1 r12+. horde often has 4 -5 each game.

post your thought on why

In my experience (which admittedly doesnt mean much), people who want to do PvE go Alliance, people who want to PvP go Horde.

How many times have I been spared by higher level Allies in Ashenvale? How many times have I seen Allies fleeing or standing meekly waiting to die and rez and resume their xp grind? They just don't have time to lose, they need to kill these scripts to be able to shelter themselves in instanced zones and kill those other scripts!

Of course people in AB want to PvP but they're used to that kind of passive, low effort behavior that simply won't cut it against the Horde warmachine.

That, or Vurtne clones everywhere.

Alliance loses pugs because it's full of night hunters and druids and god knows what else who jump at the first opportunity to shadowmeld and do nothing for the whole game except leeching HKs. Sometimes they don't even bother to go past the entrance gate.

its a few things from what ive seen, a combination of not calling incs/no corrdination on base assaults, general unskilled players, and the afk let them win mentality. its on both sides ofc but i understand where ur comin from, nothing like that mongoloid warrior that charges the cc target ^^ thats just the way ab is though, dont let it get you down man

The 'shit faction' is always the one you play on.

As alliance i win on average 50% of pugs. Sometimes i will not win for 2 hours others i go on a 5 game win streak
Time and space, it's a crossroad through a gate, where do you go?

That all might be true but horde also has 90% players with slow mounts, feral druids, leather enhancment shamans, spriests, no decurses no dispells, my saps are up for 1-3 sec tops, a warlock first dots every single person on the battlefield before doing anything else and so on.
Horde is for sure more pvp based and more of the pve'ers aim to go ally and you see that by the amount of horde that queue compared to the amount of alliance, but apart from superior racials that doesnt make horde pvp'ers better.
Admittedly I win most of my AB pugs for a couple of weeks, but there were weeks where ally won them almsot all aswell, it keeps changing. Its not like horde attracts players with more brain or pvp experience overall.
On my personal opinion people actually queuing are equal on either side, listen equally (bad) and so on.
