Dude, play on smolderforge. Insta 70 TBC server with BGs and stuff. Everyone there is so fucking terrible, it's amazing.

I used to play on that server before it closed. the wotlk patch they are running is the one that ruined twinking for me (aka pallys suck hard). they also dont have blizzlike gear, they have upgraded versions of items like an epic fishing hat with like 20 stam, epic beetle clasp bracers that are like 7stam 4agi ect ect. I believe they even added more talent points to be used at 19. but of you dont mind those small changes then its a very good server. lots of very skilled players there, all the duels and bgs you can dream of lol.

I hopped on it to check it out, stays active with 50 or so people on, like you said the non blizzlike gear ruins it.
