Fix Silithus

Today Horde group slaughtered everything at Cenarion Hold. Some Guards just didn't do anything. Some of them seems to attacked horde but alone and the damage was too low. They just ignored them. As soon as i remember if any pvp action would be made at Cenarion Hold a pack of guards will aggro and eliminate everything but seems nothing happens.

The guards there hit like little girls, fixate on one target, and don't have abilities like nets or knockups like the goblin guards.
Not sure if intended or not, but that's how it works. Kinda gotta deal with it.

Cenarion Hold Infantry
They should have at least 3 abilities
Mortal Strike
Incapacitating Shout
Snap Kick

I don't care about what are all sorts of morons doing in the game, but when they abuse and hinder the normal players, it pisses me off.

It's confirmed they're gonna ban people fighting in Silithus city, I was killed by a GM then told not to fight since the guards are bugged.
