I think Thorium point is the alliance favorite.. I'm getting ready to start the PvP grind (the first part; not the hard-push obviously) -- so it's good to get a handle on how people do these things before hand~
TP gets camped by horde groups time to time. Usually doesn't last long.

It's around 10K honor / hour in very small groups which is sometimes better than doing BGs on an AV week (assuming you aren't base rushing AVs and get shit queue times for WSG & AB).
Grinded my last 25k honor before r14 this way. 0 downtime, no corpse run if you die. 5 mages minimum every minute and not even at peak times. FAP + Frost Protection Potions + R1 feral druid in party > Nerdgasm.
You even have neat LoS pillars close to the portals. 10 times funnier than 5 capping ABs.

More of the horde population are queuing for BGs than alliance. So if there are 20 horde queuing for WSG and only 10 alliance, the two groups of horde will take turns fighting the same 10 alliance (thus the alliance get the instant queues, while horde have 20-45+ min waits).

Yea never seen alliance camp black rock mountain inbetween queues with 60 second flight paths.
