My (unpopular) opinion based on way too many hours of playing Vanilla Rogue

Tier 1
Orc - Because the Rogue PvP trinket does not work on stuns, your worst enemies are HoJ, Warrior stuns, and other Rogues. When you consider this, it is easy to see why the stun resist racial is absurdly OP.

Tier 2
Human - Again, your biggest counter in PvP is other Rogues. Perception lets you clown them.

Tier 3
Undead - Will of the Forsaken is amazing for solo PvP, but loses most of its value if you are playing with someone who can dispel Fear. It's value is lowered a bit more by the fact that Rogue PvP trinket works on Fear and Seduce. However, Cannibalize is underrated because it allows you to self-heal when you have DoTs/Bleeds on you and using First Aid is not an option.
Gnome - Escape Artist is very good for PvP on any class, common knowledge. However, the racial's value is somewhat lowered by the fact that Vanish and Improved Sprint do the same thing.

Tier 4
Dwarf - Stoneform is useful in some situations. It is great for breaking an enemy Rogue's Blind in a 1v1, and also useful for removing Bleed/Poison DoTs for a clean Vanish/Restealth. Again, value is somewhat lowered by the fact that you should have a Luffa in your bags (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=19141). If you situationally equip Luffa and carry proper PvP consumables then the only real use of Stoneform is breaking out of Blind.
Night Elf - Superior stealth racial can be good if you base your talent build around it, but if you use a traditional PvP spec then this racial is most likely going to be nullified by the Master of Deception talent.

Tier 5
Troll - Complete dogshit.

id usually go on a rant how useless human and orc racials are to a good rogue in pvp but im in a good mood...

Orcs > Undeads
