[Suggestion] Perma-ban sanction to be turned to 90 days ban

Thats not true! I was permabanned because of account being hakked, they told me that I'm "free to create a new account", I did this, but true, I dont have enough inspiration to play as hardcore, as I played before...
Because I know that for any stupid thing I can got permaban at any time.
So, I'm enjoying 20-29lvl PvP now like 2-3 hrs per week... Back from like 5-7 hr per day online.
