[Forum] Create a ban appeal section

At the moment when using view active post on this forum you will end up with a page half filed with ban appeals. that make people miss more interesting posts and forum looks like a mess.
My suggestion is to create a ban appeal section and remove it from the "view active posts" option, that would make the forum way more readable.

That's what "Account Issues" was created for.

The thing is "Account Issues" also contains requests about connections issues/hacked account and so on.
The idea of the post was about getting ban appeal out of active post.

Heh, yup. That is why those threads have a lot of views. I had a good laugh today when one of the GMs said they noted his botting/BG-AFKing while leveling but waited until he hit 60 as the punishment would be more satisying since he would have committed more time to the toon. Ha ha...great stuff!
