Hi!
On the retail servers you could queue up to battlegrounds by entering the "instance portal" at the entrances of the BGs. At the barrens, arathi highlands or alterac mountains. This does not work here.
A suggestion is to add NPCs next to each instance portal so you could grab the quests and then queue up as intended.
