Fresh level 60 Beginner Guide ?

I see more and more people asking what they have to do and how to prepare for duengons/raids after hitting level 60. It seems a lot of player here started after vanilla, so they dont know much about attunements, which chain quest's to do and where to start farming gear.
So, a guide for beginners would be nice. Maybe there is a bored vanilla verteran with huge knowedge around us .

With enough time you can find all with google. I think it would be a nice collection and help new player.

BTW. I have downloaded Vanilla Guide addon, from Fenix forum, it helps in leveling.
