Some nice confirmation bias you got there, chap. So basically, are you telling everyone to "wait until they integrate"? This is about as laughable as it is ironic, if we take a look at EU today. Either way, expecting players with zero knowledge of English to suddenly start studying it would maybe make sense if they were forced to use it to communicate with others, if there was a necessity for them to do so. But the Chinese already have their large community here, they talk to each other in their own chats and guilds, there's literally no reason for them to communicate to English-speakers outside of random encounters in the world or in BG groups. Get real, no one's going to start learning a language just for that, especially since the Chinese will soon become a majority here, if not already.

They respect server rules and this should not be in discussion at all , they deserve to play with us , we want the server how it goes , populated and alive.
Nostalrius is the most active vanilla server by far even without the Chinese taken into account. Been that way since it started, and it was nearly impossible to bump into a Chinese player then.
