It took them like 6 months to acknowledge the herb/ore spawn issues and dramatic over-inflation of their costs before they even said anything, and then like another month to actually fix it. Opening an entirely new server with the possibility of forced character moves is a much, much more dramatic action.

When the server admins state the following in their Terms of Use about English:
No other language shall be allowed on forum and public channels. It's an important rule to us, and we'll be very attentive to the behaviour of our players regarding this rule.

is it not worth considering a simple block of non-english WoW clients? This means any client with a non-latin character set (cyrillic, mandarin etc.) would be unable to access the server, since the only purpose of playing with such a client could be to break the terms of use.

I don't agree with banning an entire country from the server, but I do think that denying access to everyone who won't speak English and observe the terms of use is the correct move. If you log in from a client with a foreign char set, it shows that you have a very clear intention of breaking the ToU and segregating yourself from the community.

Blocking non-english language clients would effectively enforce this without the need for GM's to review or enforce this rule on a player by player basis.

As you can see,... The Server is dying, those chinese-asian peeps ruining everything like:

-Economy
-PvP progress
-Selling golds - that is against rules aswell
-General chat

If u want to be like a Blizzard, make them their own realm. Thank you.
