Noggenfogger elixir skeleton form does not work in druid forms. It used to in vanilla ;)

SoC should be treated as physical attack. It should be parried, dodged and etc. It uses physical crit and hit. Things you talking about been working in way you describe for a short time after 1.3 and been returned back ~1.5. This server 1.12 in terms of mechanics and SoC procs working as physical attack.

Please show me when they changed this "Seal of Command - The damage effects can now be resisted instead of dodged, blocked, or parried. " (PATCH 1.3). I've looked up every Patch until 1.12 and didn't see any change of this.

You have posted a not well updated wowwiki Site, which contains wrong information because "However like other physical attacks, Seal of Command can miss, or be dodged, parried, or blocked. Judgement of Command can only be resisted. " is old and pre 1.3.

But if I am wrong, correct me !

Not well updated? I've posted link from history page of SoC from official wowwiki, which updated up to 1.12, which is perfectly updated to this server patch. If you don't know why people making archives of old pages on wiki, dont talk about it being outdated. Its called archives for a reason you know. Look any PvP video - its physical. Nothing more to say.

Show me the Patchnotes where it was changed again. Prove it, not just with this old Link, there is no proof at all!

The resist change in 1.3.0 had the side effect of making seal of command effectively being considered a spell and as such only doing 1.5 times its damage on a crit, making that change a damage decrease in certain situations so naturally, players weren't too fond of it. As far as I'm aware, this change either never made it onto live servers or was hotfixed shortly after the patch and SoC is effectively just a melee hit that deals holy damage. It can be dodged/blocked/parried, deals double damage on crits and uses melee crit chance.

On the mage bugs it says you can get dazed with ice barrier up... same happens with mana shield.

Also you cannot refresh frostbolt slow with lower rank frostbolt alltho they all slow the same amount.

And when you cone of cold something then frostbolt it, you should get frostbolt slow icon there next to cone of cold so when cone of cold slow ends it should still have frostbolt slow instead what happens is when something has cone of cold slow you cannot apply frostbolt slows on it at all so when cone of cold runs out it isnt slowed at all.

Another warrior bug is when you cast something that cost rage and it is parried/dodged/blocked/missed and it consumes the full rage cost when it should leave your rage as it is. I think in the case of misses of some abilities it refunds some coefficient back after spending it instead of keeping all of the rage amount, but I don't know the exactness of these values.

Another warrior bug is upon hitting level 11 (I know this is the case with UD and Orc warriors) is that you will gain "-1 hit points". IDK if it is a typo or if there is actually a loss in HP, but that should never be the case.
