It would be really nice to get more than like 5 days to test + report the content. BWL is also very important for the server so would be nice if we could start early and get some good testing going to make BWL the best it could be.

I agree that consumables should be available for BWL testing but we really don't need free flasks for AV testing. I have a feeling all the NPC's would end up being a bit strong.
