Petition: make queue restrictions only for 60 level BGs

Devs, AB is dead at all brackets other then 60. There wasnt a single AB game at 29 since you "fixed" queues. Queues at wsg also became longer. Please do something about it, there is no reason this limitation should be applied to lower brackets.

Am signing against this petition. A would sing for removing this restriction for all levels. Mathematicaly this redtrictions will couse that people would use only WSG or a BG where an active event is.

This suggestion is reasonable because the alterations to the queue system were strictly for an issue at level 60.
