rip ZG loot.
BWL/MC/ZG/Ony loot doesn't qualify as restorable items.
even ZG items that are unable to be looted by bugs.

can we get a revision on this awful policy?

A change in this policy is really in order. This happends a lot more than one might suspect from reading for example the support forums because we know that we will get no help and thus even asking for it is a waste of time.

A reasonable policy would be:

Any raid epic dropped should be distributable by the raid leader if lost through a bug or server reset before it was looted.

Any boss that dies without containing loot should be respawned by a GM and deathtouched. If this cannot be done in a timely manner, the GM should instead provide the raidleader with drops for distribution.

Such a policy would probably require GMs to be given some new tools, and as such require a non-trivial amount of dev time, but providing such tools should be considered worth the effort.
