Multiple Judgement of Crusade should not be Bannable

So in October 2005, about 9 months before patch 1.12, some guild stacked judgement of LIGHT on a mob, and therefore judgement of the crusader effect should stack?

he does have a point, on retail there were literal tons of ninja fixes, not being mentioned in patch notes.
Some of those were mentioned in blue posts / forums however it's very difficult to find evidence of those

If that was bug it would been set to the "Bug" section at same topic.

The reason why it is not set to the "Bug" section is because it was never Bug.
It should meant to stack multiple Judgement of Crusade to Targets until 2.1 patch .

Otherwise i would welcome you to give us opposite evidence .
Without evidence you can talk based toward assumptions which is not correct.

Really, you have a forum post from October 2005, and then a patch note (which only mentions icons) from patch 2.4... which came out at the end of March, 2008. You got two vaguely related points of evidence, separated by 2.5 years

Because for example this could be a bug introduced in another patch (being a bug it wouldnet be in patch notes) and then later it is removed/fixed (which is mentioned in the patch notes).

Just saying that patch notes from long after vanilla arn't direct proof something was active in vanilla.

however even if we might call it bug now, to blizzard a spell working in an unintended however logical way isn't considered a bug and thus enlisted under class changes

as an example from the same patch notes:

SHAMAN
The Shaman spell Fire Nova Totem will no longer sometimes detonate without doing any damage.

which clearly was a bug and still is mentioned under the shaman sub section

If there was only the patch notes from 2.4 saying that Blizzard was removing multiple ranks of JotC then I would agree with you, but with the post from the player in 2005 specifically saying that his guild ran multiple Judgements of Light in order to heal their melee players on Ragnaros shows that the functionality was there all along.

Keep in mind that there hardly any raiding Retribution Paladins in Vanilla at all. So the fact that something like this went unnoticed until TBC doesn't surprise me. Similarly, it is basic instinct for any player to use their highest rank debuff spell against a raid boss.

Seal Twisting was also there all along even though it wasn't discovered until midway through TBC.
