The way I see it that is the whole point, you want the advantage of a gigantic raid you do not even know to go fuck up the enemy in there home territory just like grouping with thugs you don't know sometimes shit goes wrong. Makes it harder to take over towns by simply spamming world and inviting every tom dick and harry.

If it stays, the only way is for me is to reach my desired rank first (rank 10) and then raid towns as much as I want. So be it I guess
