Petition: add auto transfer system between PvP and PvE serv

Obviously something has to be done about lag on PvP server and at this point I think many would gladly transfer their characters to PvE server if had a chance. Whole guilds would migrate which will benefit both servers. PvP will get less lag. PvE will get more population. All we need is site feature that allows to easily move characters with all their stuff between servers.

Since both servers are on a different Progress, it would be an unfair advantage if we allow people from PvP to transfer to PvE.

We also currently do not have any plans to introduce that in the future.
