They could make it on the same patch like the old PvP Server. Than makes Crossrealm sense.

Nothing of the sort is confirmed. There is just an ongoing player outcry for one because the Chinese added 3-4k active players to the server and are causing it to have unplayable lag and the additional players cannot communicate in the server's official language.

hell no. on a PVE server it's easier to progress through raids because you never have to contend with PVP getting to the dungeon, you'll always have your world buffs going in. while in the short term the PVP server has been up longer so they'll have better gear in the long run PVE players will far out class the PVP server players.
