Disable group queueing completely (5 man or below), or maybe limit it to max 2man queue
Make all raid group queuers face other raid groups and NEVER vs solo queuers
Make all solo/2man queuers only be able to face other solo/2man queuers

Easy fix, almost the same that happend to AV which works just fine.

If this happened the rankers would have a meltdown of epic proportions. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you saw some of them on this forum talking about killing themselves or something considering the amount of time some of them have put into ranking. It would be glorious.

It will never happen unfortunately because Nost is probably afraid of the shitstorm that would happen.

Why are you being clueless about the current queue system and its effects, a blizzlike one and the point of this thread ?

Please inform yourself before posting.

Those who asked to disable group queuing are the reason why retail became such garbage. This isn't a single player game. You are supposed to play and cooperate with other players (sometimes friends even !) in order to achieve things. This is not happening 90% of the time due to several reasons including afkers/leechers and language barrier. You're asking for the opposite of what the queue system should be considering the blizzlike goal of this server. How hard can it be to understand that ?

you got it wrong here. Ofc any "system" is to an extent exploitable, but Blizzlike w/o Multiq. adds another dimension.
Dodging/Wintrading in this system is possible - but it's not effective and any legitimate premade that is better than yours will outfarm you:

- Wintrading with such a large playerbase is next to impossible and it will take alot of time to match games with the other team. (You have no information when a game will end and how many people are in front of your queue)
- Dodging with Ghosting is 100% possible, but any game you have to drop will be honor lost that others get.
The more premades on both factions, the less dodging - period.

I completly neglect your suggestion to base ranking around the individual, this isn't what we need at all. Ofc PuG vs Premade is almost always a full stomp, but that isn't something that needs to be adressed.
You as an individual always have the opportunity to group up and do better and that is what batlegrounds are about. Playing together as a team.

So please stop, aruging in favor of the lowest common denominator. Please remove the god awful premade vs premade prioirty queue.

PPS: Sure Premade vs Premade is alot more fun, but you need a system that makes it possible to play these games so that you are still at your efficieny peak (ranking foremost is about honor, not about fun)
Blizzlike w/o Multique to an extent will give you that. But dodging of extremly inferior groups will always happen.---> They just have to face that their honor/hour will be super shit, which defeats their purpose.

I remember leading AB premades omw to exalted in that blizzlike queue + no multi system

Good times, beat all pugs, challenge against average premades, getting stomped by top premades, naturally the strongest beating the weakest, and queues were average. Even tho i dont bother with bgs anymore i support this suggestion.

This server never had blizzlike + no multiq.
We had Blizzlike + Multiq. here for a while, which resulted in a lot of empty games/wintrading.

Just correcting something : The large playerbase doesn't make wintrading impossible. Ppl are using opposite faction alts to scout when players in premades enter/leave BGs. The 2 teams/ghost queuing accounts from each side can also be on the same teamspeak and queue at the same time. One side can also agree on dropping the queue whenever it pops before the 5 mins mark (aka it's against a premade, usually), making legit premades on the other side get shady empty games not even aimed for them.

Like you said, the only way to prevent it in the current queue system is when both factions have lots (understand more than 3 on each side) of premades queuing for the same battleground. Which is never happening, since horde had premades queuing mainly at non "peak" hours and recently had no premades at all, since the horde rankers can't queue as premade unless they want to fall far behind in honor because they would face alliance premades 24/7 and get way less honor in 1 hour than camping lvl48+ in outdoor.

Other solution is to simply remove this 5 mins wait time crap for when more than 5 players in a raid are queuing.
Putting everyone from one faction in the same basket/queue would :
- make wintrading impossible due to a large amount of solo and group players in queue at the same time
- put pugs and premades on an equal footing when it comes to honor gains, then it becomes about which premade/pug is the more dominating/plays more like it should be the case
- make dodging way harder (assuming multiqueue is removed as well).

When you hear that horde have more than 30 minutes queue time for a BG and you're sitting in queue for 20 mins or more for the same BG on alliance side (happens every single week at peak hours even), you know the current system is failing pretty hard at contenting anyone : solo not ranking, solo rankers, groups queuing for fun and ranking groups.
