This is not a bug, this is an alchemy transmute that turns 1 Heart of Fire into 3 Elemental fire. STOP MAKING THREADS ABOUT THIS.

It is an issue. This recipe is not supposed to be available yet. If has the recipe and have been using it (especially while knowing it shouldn't be in), I'd recommend you come clean to a GM through a ticket.

actually iirc the recipe was incorrectly added in a prior patch and then removed
