Hey, i may reroll a druid for the TBC server

But this bear and cat skins are really boring.
There is a chance to implement the Skin change NPC for Druids ?
(Dont know the correct NPC name xD)

no, you can however try to modify your MPQs which might get you banned, gl

"barbershop" type stuff (druid feral skins counts as this) didn't come to be until wrath, so to stay blizzlike, they will not add this feature. I recall all druid skins were the same in TBC...

The new Druid skins were not added until patch 3.2 in Wrath.
