Split out login from game, open to others

As far as I can tell reading about the tech, one private server is connected to one or more game servers running on the same machine.

My suggestion is to help spread the load, increase the community cooperation, and reduce the burden.

Nostalrius would have a separate login server, when we the players login we would see our regular favourite servers. In addition, nostalrius could work with other private servers to have theirs appear in the list.

Nostalrius would therefore handle the initial authentication, ands players would have multiple servers to choose from.

Nostalrius could set the rules for which servers they will show in the list, e.g. must be 1x, scripting must meet a certain standard, etc.
