I wonder way NPC named ->
Deliana Alliance, IF)

Mokvar (Horde, OG)

is not live yet ?
Coming later on patch or those NPC will not be added on Nost server ?

Its big Epic quest chain, so would be nice if those NPC will be added <3
And on last quest you can summon one boss in DM, will drop totem/relic, still not available yet
