I can confirm this stretches to MC aswell,
Stealing black lotus infront of NOPE is okay,
aslong as you say you're sorry afterwards,
we were rewarded by 3 lokamirs and a binding!

you guys didn't know that when you rub a gnome's head from NOPE that you get good loot table luck?

I heard vujke gives the best luck if you spam /pat on him 1 hour prior to raid.
