There's little to no difference in the bulk of raiding guilds regardless of faction, mainly because there's little to no difference in the players regardless of faction.

It's usually the same thing over and over again. Takes suspension of disbelief to think otherwise.

Just like Alliance guilds go "ah, horde are so bad, they ganked me 1v3 just cuz bad, but our raiding /pvp at 60 is better"; Horde guilds go "ah, allies are so bad, they ganked me 1v3 just cuz bad, they tired of getting rekt by Horde pr0s at 60". Both /trade and /world are full of the same ads, raiding guilds recruit following essentially the same parameters, rules inside raiding guilds are the same, loot council is majoritary in both factions with DKP as a minoritary option, and raid logging while not socializing is just how things are done by everyone. Even acting/speaking poorly of the other faction's guilds is done using the same put-downs and labels.
