Well if its the servers crash fault and they arnt able to do a full clear then they shouldnt get in trouble for it
edit: they should really just fix whatever the problem is

The GMs cannot threaten players who ask about it with permabans and then do nothing at all to those who don't ask and just do it. Even let them keep the gear.

I think that a one reset ban, final warning PLUS the removal of all the gear from the raid is reasonable.

if this was NOPE/Dreamstate/Ridin Dirty/Grizzly this thread would have blown up 10x as big as this has and they would have been banned. why not ban these guys?

NOPE would have gotten a slap on the wrist and nothing else, because GM favor them.

According to Pottu, making a post about Silithus miners in a thread about unfair bans is spam.

Hahaha. That's not what happens. That is way too reasonable. What happens is that the GM tells you that you are shit out of luck until next reset and that if you go in again you risk a permaban.

I know. What I said would just be the logical fix.

Bioness wrote:Here's a solution, have the GM use a kill command on all the trash and bosses up to where your previous ID was. That would take 10 minutes tops.

It is unfair to have this happen and suddenly tell the guilds they are shit out of luck when GMs have the power to fix it.

So we all agree that the GM's should step in and fix this when it happens. But they don't. So now what, should we all just ignore that the GM's have said that it is not ok, since nothing happens if you do it? Or do we really think that 12 days after the fact they are still investigating the issue?

why treat 40 people who are violating rules different than a single person who is violating rules?

V. Permanent ban

The most serious sanction. Permanent bans are rare but definitive. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Abuse of major in-game bugs
