ETA on server downtime?

I've browsed and im either blind or no post exists, but is there an announcement on when the server is coming back up?

There is no ETA, in support, a GM made the post the team knows it is down, just have to wait until the people with the right credentials gets on an troubleshoots and gets it back up.

However it might not be an actual game issue. Its probably got something to do with the host computer.
